Shaver Performance & Physical Therapy
Built for Athletes. Designed for Simplicity. Grounded in Experience.

Shaver Performance and Physical Therapy was founded with a simple mission: to deliver world-class physical therapy and performance training without the limitations of insurance, overcrowded clinics, or rushed appointments.

Our approach is rooted in the belief that people perform their best when they’re treated like athletes—whether they’re firefighters, police officers, military members, outdoor adventurers, or hardworking adults trying to stay strong through the demands of life.

Here, every session is focused, intentional, and personalized. No gimmicks. No generic programming. Just high-level therapy and coaching designed to keep you moving well today and resilient for years to come.

Outdoor Athlete, Former CrossFit LV-1, Navy Vet, Physical Therapist, Husband, Father
I’m a former Navy Corpsman with a strong background in tactical training, functional fitness, and manual therapy. After separating from active duty in 2018, my family and I moved from Camp Pendleton to San Marcos, where I earned my Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in 2021. Since then, I’ve been practicing in North County San Diego with consistently high patient satisfaction and strong clinical outcomes.
In June 2025, I relocated to Temecula with my rockstar wife and our three boys. We’ve been enjoying settling into this fantastic community and getting to know the people who make it what it is.

I founded Shaver Performance and Physical Therapy to build the best local training and rehab resource for outdoor athletes, first responders, and current or former military members—along with the middle-aged dads who just want to stay capable, athletic, and resilient amidst the chaos of work and parenting. We’re a cash-based, garage-run facility inspired by the places I’ve felt most at home over the last 20 years: old-school CrossFit boxes, fire station gyms, and field workouts off the back of a truck. The mission is simple: combine the environments where real work gets done with world-class physical therapy to help you stay strong and moving well for as long as possible.

I also serve as an instructor and therapist for Santa Ana College’s SACFIT program, supporting participating fire and police departments. If your agency is enrolled, you’re eligible for complimentary one-on-one sessions.

I look forward to working with you. Feel free to text, call, or email with any questions.
